We recently completed a 3-acre site clearance on the outskirts of Durham for a local ecologist and scientist. The site featured extremely steep hills and banks, making access and safety a key challenge.
Over two days, our team used 4-wheel-drive brush mowers and remote-controlled cutting units to tackle dense overgrowth and restore the land to a manageable condition.
At the bottom of the valley, we uncovered a large pond that hadn’t been seen for over 20 years. A moment that meant a lot to the landowner who had originally dug it out over 30 years ago.
There’s no doubt we’ll be maintaining the area in the future. It was a pleasure to bring such an overgrown site back to life.
